    I called Mark for help with a sewer issue. He quoted a certain amount. I paid him more than half as a down payment. The job took less than what he said it would yet he charged more than the quote (no extra parts or anything needed) When I asked about it Mark became very defensive and demanding and couldn’t give a solid reason as to why I was being charged more. He left me nasty voicemails. When I left a review on his Facebook page he deleted the review and blocked me. Beware Mark is dishonest and greedy and does his best to hide bad reviews. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Unbelievable, I waited a few weeks for an invoice and nothing. I called asking for one to pay. Who has to do that? They sent me an invoice tireless “pay with a few clicks” for 1 hour work it was $260. They claimed drive time. His address is less than 5mi from my home: Sent me an email invoice with the title “pay with a few clicks” I tried then sent my CC info via email with authorization to charge. 6 months later I get a call at 7 with a guy telling me I owe him $ for the work. Was so unprofessional. I admit I got mad. Hung up on him a few times, cussed him more than I should but he was the worst customer service person I’ve ever encountered. I seriously thought he was scamming me. I had to go into my Nancy check 2021 payments. It’s now 7/2022. And yeah I see no payment. So I call him back to pay and he says “oh there is an additional charge for using a credit card.” ** dude! Have fun if you hire this co. I’d call anyone else:
