If you are looking to sell your home these guys will take care of you. The owner, ****, and his team will get you a fair price "as is" and there are other perks such as them paying all closing costs, delayed possession and not having to clear everything out if you have a bunch of stuff. Highly recommend them!

I've been getting a lot of text from this company and have asked them to stop. My number is on the national DNC list and I was getting really annoyed with their negligence. I acted like I was interested today to get someone on the phone and then the guy started telling me they get phone numbers from the county website. No subscription, opt-in, and no care about DNC laws, apparently "everyone does it" yet I'm only getting bugged by this company. Just plain ANNOYING. I would never do business with someone who operates a "business" like this. Seems more like playing around and no consideration for the people they persistently bug.Lakeshore Home Buyer

Hi ****, sorry about that. We use a service that scrubs the DNC list (so you shouldn't have been on there in the first place) and they don't allow for duplicate phone numbers to be added in (so you shouldn't have been contacted more than once). I will double check and review our process just to make sure there wasn't mishap but we certainly do not negligently send repeated messages to people. I can assure you your contact information has been removed from any future lists.
