      I hired Fish to wash the windows on my house. They came out in May 2022. They didn't do any of the upper windows or windows on the east side of my house.I called Fish about this. They apologized and said they would send out another crew. Well, the "crew" arrived. A very young girl, and a very large man. Once again, they did not clean my upper or east side windows.Once again I called Fish. The woman I spoke with said, "I don't know whats going on, I'll look into it."No-one ever showed up.I hired Fish last year. They did a great job. I asked them to send the same guy but they didnt.

      Good afternoon *****,

      I have just left a voicemail with you regarding the complaint you filed.  I indicated that I would like to schedule you next week as your schedule allows for a full re-cleaning.

      We were unable to send the same crew as you received last year, as that team member is no longer with us.  Unfortunately, along with the rest of the world, we have experienced significant staffing and employee issues this year that have been challenging us.  I was completely unaware that another crew was not sent to fix the windows you were describing.  Please never hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

      With that being said, I would never want our internal employee issues to have to affect our customers.  It is highly unusual that we would have to return even once, let alone twice to complete the job and I would never expect a customer to HAVE to contact and follow up to accomplish this.

      Thank you for your ***** in these circumstances, and I look forward to returning to satisfactorily performing this job for you, and hopefully again in the future, as I would like to offer you a free cleaning in the future, should you give us the chance to use our services again.  We stand behind our satisfaction guarantee 100%.
