    Business Response

    Date: 03/26/2025

On January 16th we completed the project for Mr ******** On that day he had asked me to stop out for a few more touch *** after we had completed the project a couple of days before. He put tape in the few spots he wanted me to complete and I took care of it and he wrote me the final check as I had satisfied him. He told me he was very happy and wanted me to do more work for him. I looked at the extra work and told him I would give him an estimate. Because he had been very difficult to work for I decided I didn't want to estikate any more work for him. The next time I heard from him was February 16th. Asking me if I would give him an estimate for the additional work and mentioned he had a couple more touch *** he found. I was busy and forgot to respond. On March 6th I saw his text message and remembered to get back to him and I did and told him I'd be happy to come out for those touch *** any time. I didn't mention additional work because I  didn't want to work for him again. That was a Friday. He said he would contact me on Monday and he didn't. Instead he filed this complaint.
