    Journies is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I was court ordered to bring our children here to have supervised parenting time with their father during 2022. My expierence was absolutely terrible. At one visit, my children witnessed several people taking drug test because the lobby is right in front of the bathrooms and the receptionist held the door open to watch everyone urinate into a cup. This was something that I had to later on and EXPLAIN to my children. Second, they lie. When we started going, my children and I would be sitting in the lobby and their father would walk in after us. So from the time that that had happened, I would call to make sure that he was in the building already (due to domestic violence that caused our divorced) before we walked in. They would tell me yes, but then they would tell me and my children that we had to sit in this back room, obviously because he was late. I did record the next session after they had lied to me to prove it, because it nearly happened everytime. They ended up refusing to service us because he could never show up on time and confronted them on lying to me. Once we were done going, I had requested a report on July 26, 2022, they then called me the next day and refused to give me one. They refunded me money. They denied me a report on my children visiting with their father..... This place should be investigated......... that all I have to say!

    They lie to your face (putting childrens' safety on the line) and the female receptionist swears in front of children. Stay away, they are a horrible business and horrible people who work there!
