    I retract my previous one star review. There was a misunderstanding. I believe unit worked when he left, but somehow the element broke, and it quit working almost immediately. I could not immediately get hold of cardinal, and hastily left a poor review. Once they came back out and discerned the problem, it was quickly replaced. I am happy with the service. Sorry for the confusion everyone.

    I'm hoping they make it right, but the repair to my dryer yesterday was a fail. I was at work but gave access to ************************* to my house. When I arrived later he said he had just finished and was lucky to have the right part on his truck. I paid him. He left. When I went to use the dryer last night it was only blowing cold air, same as before the repair. I don't know now whether he never replaced the element or what, but I'm not hearing back from him despite texts last night and this morning, a phone message, and a contact us submittal at their web page. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. If they make it right I will recant this review, but I'm concerned whether that'll happen.
