    My Venom Motorcycle is the first bike Ive ever purchased, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the shipping was even faster than the estimated delivery time. They answered all my questions, which really helped me choose the perfect bike. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beginner bike or something to train their kids on.

    errible company to do business with. Bike came damaged in multiple places and their shipper just dropped it off in our driveway without ** being home. Its been a month and Venom Motor sports has not even shipped our replacement parts. We will have to pay an extra ****** to install the parts and Vemom says its not their responsibility. They lie and say they will call you back and never do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I will be filling a claim with Better Business Bureau,. **** and ***** you should be ashamed of yourself for doing such poor business.

    This company and the customer service they offer is horrendous I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company I had returned a set of spacers which did not fit my vehicle and was charged a restocking fee when I called them about this issues the lady who answered put me on hold purposely. For over 15 min then hung up called back again and it was rinse and repeat called back for a 3rd time she answered again and her answer was all of our management is out for lunch call back at x time called back a 4th time a women with the same voice answered I said hi I called 45 min ago you told me to call back to speak with management she responded oh you didnt talk to me this is x with the same exact annoying angered irritated voice from the last 3times All I wanted was to talk to a manger their no communication on the back end of their company I would have like some type of reimbursement for getting charged a restocking fee on a product that didnt fit my car they rather pocket and dime you for their mistakes and blame you they take no accountability theirs no responsibility they push you away keep you on hold for 15 minutes hang up on you and mute themselves over the phone hoping you hang up they could have giving me half of the credit of the restocking fee I was charged would have been happy with that A company like this you should stay far far away from do not do any businesses with venum wheels they rather just push you away from trying to resolve things

    I purchased a bike in January and recently put it together. I had a one year warranty and had missing parts. I called the company to get my replacements parts and they complained to me about why i waited a few months to put together bike when in ******** in January we have a lot of snow. So in early april I put bike together and had missing parts. Called to get replacements and as of yet its middle of month in april they haven't even been sent yet!! I am very upset!! When they called me they forced me to pay for shipping!! Again unhappy if I have a 1 year warranty!! God forbid you have to call them for customer service you literally endlessly get sent in a circle on the phone!! Terrible customer service!!! When I get done with this review I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau!! Unhappy customer!!
