    Subject: Complaint against CARMONY AUTO FINANCE LLC,*******************************, Principal ACCOUNT NUMBER ****************** ****************************************** I am writing this formal complaint against CARMONY AUTO FINANCE LLC,*******************************, Principal in hopes of seeking resolution regarding the reporting of negative claims on my consumer credit profile. I believe that certain claims have been inadequately or un-demonstratedly asserted, and I am deeply concerned about the accuracy and integrity of their reporting practices.My primary complaints are as follows: 1. Failure to Ensure Accurate Reporting: I firmly believe that CARMONY AUTO FINANCE LLC,*******************************, Principal has not taken adequate measures to ensure that my consumer credit report profile is reported factually, ethically, and in compliance with federally-defined timeliness. The reporting should also be physically verifiable and validated, adhering to the mandatorily utilized ************filled Field Formatted Reporting Standards without any omissions or deviations. 2. Deviation from Established Reporting Standards: Based on my understanding of CDIA's CRRG manual (see CRRG 3-4), any deviation from the Metro2 standards jeopardizes the integrity of the data. I am concerned that CARMONY AUTO FINANCE LLC,*******************************, Principal may not be adhering to these established standards, which raises questions about the credibility and reliability of the reported information. 3. Lack of Documented Proof: Despite my attempts to contest the reported information, CARMONY AUTO FINANCE LLC,*******************************, Principal has not provided sufficient documented proof confirming the accuracy and compliance of the negative claims asserted against me. As a consumer, I have the right to demand evidence of reporting appropriateness and adherence to regulatory requirements. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this important concern.******************
