    I filed a complaint earlier detailing dispute with *********. I am adding the fact that I was told that if I did not agree to pay for a new, used(no warranty), or refurbished engine, I would be given back my truck with more damage to the engine than what was there when I brought it in. Also, the vehicle would never start after releasing it to me. In which, my vehicle was in great condition, running smoothly, with no other issues other than needing head gaskets, and as I was told by ********* in the beginning a future water pump. Then, when they attempted to put the parts back onto the vehicle several problems(errors) occured.

    We have had multiple conversations with the customer to come to an amicable conclusion for all. We are in the process of currently and should have everything resolved in the next few days.
