    My spouse and I have been regular customers at ******************** *************** since it first opened. Initially, the service was exceptional: staff were welcoming, attentive, and kind. However, over the past several months, we have experienced a ***** change. Every time we visit, we are met with extremely cold and uninterested service. Female employees routinely ignore us, do not offer help, and often continue with other tasks while we stand at the counter. When we try to initiate conversation or ask for assistance, we are met with discomfort and a lack of basic customer service. This has happened so consistently that we have walked out without making a purchase on multiple occasions, simply because we did not feel welcome.I reached out directly to management via email on May 30th to express my concerns and have not received a response. No customer should feel ignored or disrespected, especially not repeatedly. I hope Gabys will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure every customer is treated with dignity and respect.
