    Subject: Urgent Request for Compensation and Replacement of Faulty Lawn Mower I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the experience I have had with your company regarding a purchase of an EGO lawn mower. My expectations as a customer have not been met, and I believe it is crucial to address the issues I have encountered. It unexpectedly stopped working. Following your company's guidelines, I contacted your customer service, and they advised me to take the mower to the nearest repair center. As per their recommendation, I took it to Eagle Nursery for repairs on [Date of 8/23/23 Unfortunately, the situation has taken an unprecedented turn for the worse. The repair center initially estimated a three-week timeframe for the repair, which I accepted. However, it has now been over two months since I initially dropped off my lawn mower for repair, and I am still without a functioning machine.My distress has only escalated due to the fact that Eagle Nursery has informed me that they lack the necessary parts to complete the repair. Their inability to procure the required components has caused a substantial delay in restoring my lawn mower to working condition. Consequently, I have been forced to hire a professional landscaper to cut my grass on a weekly basis in order to avoid fines imposed by my town for failing to adhere to their regulations. This unexpected financial burden has amounted to a cost of $60.00 per week, and it continues to accumulate.I believe it is evident that this ordeal has been extremely inconvenient, costly, and frustrating for me. I have reached out to your customer service department on numerous occasions, but the responses I have received have been unsatisfactory and unhelpful. The lack of communication and transparency in resolving this matter has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction.In light of these circumstances, I kindly request the following actions be taken by EGO Company:Compensation: I request compensation for the expenses incurred due to the delay in repairing my lawn mower, including the weekly landscaping costs. I have attached copies of the relevant invoices for your reference.Replacement Lawn Mower: Given the significant inconvenience and prolonged delay in repairing the original lawn mower, I request that EGO Company provide me with a new lawn mower, of the same or equivalent model, to ensure I can maintain my lawn without further interruptions.I understand that unforeseen issues can arise in any business, but it is essential for EGO Company to address and rectify these matters promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its customers.I kindly request that you respond to this letter within [reasonable time frame] days with a plan for addressing my concerns and providing compensation and a replacement lawn mower. I hope that this issue can be resolved amicably, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
