    In September 2023, We contracted to have a addition added to our home with Render Building Concepts. We have paid him and only have a foundation and a hole in my yard. Can't contact him by phone, only by email, and he isn't even responding to them. He emailed a receipt from *********** and then canceled the order. Same with Menards for our trusses. He double talks you into thinking he is right, and you are more confused than before you talk to him. I want our money back

    On August 2, 2023, My business contacted *************************** to do a building layout drawing. He sent the invoice, I paid it, but did not get the drawing. He was to have the drawing by August 5, 2023. I have emailed him and texted him, he kept saying he would do it but I still do not have the drawing that I paid for. He finally sent a drawing, but it was the drawing for a previous building that he did for us. I explained to him that this was a whole new building I gave him the address of the new building when I first asked him to do the drawing. I did not understand why he would try to give me a drawing from a previous job. He said ok he would do it, but I didn't hear from him, he said he changed offices as well as phone numbers that is why I didn't hear from him. It is now August 22, 2023 and we still don't have the drawing. I would just like my $267.00 returned.
