    I would not recommend working for Dialog Direct, a *************** for a number of reasons: Wage Theft -,Agents work 25 to 30 minutes prior to logging into the time keeping system, agents do not get a duty-free lunch on numerous occasions but receive no compensation, clock out before closing apps and signing off and the training is horrible. Dialog Direct apparently doesnt want to invest in a proper large capacity server so numerous time is wasted with agents complaining of IT issues as the server would crash. I filed a complaint with the ********** of ***** Wage and ************* over Fair ***** Standards Act violations. They found that 300 employees were owed backpay and sent employees a check with a letter that didnt explain why they were owed the money. However, me and another agent who reported the violations were retaliated against. In order for us to receive our rightfully entitled back pay and reimbursement of travel expenses of over $2,700, two thousand seven hundred dollars, DialogDirects attorneys were asking us to forfeit future employment and required us to sign a confidentiality agreement, gag order impeding us from reporting the wage theft to appropriate authorities. This stipulation I believe is criminal. We have yet to gain our backpay as we refused to sign the agreement. If you want to know more about wage theft, and Qualfon companies, look up lawsuits filed against DialogDirect, TogetherHealth, ***********************, Simple Health, Health ******************************* etc ****************** was sued by the *** for selling sham insurance policies under ***** care. Agents, the script I was required to use, I believe was fraud. Be careful. Loosing your license for omissions and commissions is real and who will be blamed? You or a company worth billions who have attorneys on their payroll.
