There are signs everywhere with a qr code , offering an easy free trial for a month of service at this new *********** a rideshare driver I know I require a car wash subscription. I'd originally been using mister car wash. I was reasonably content with them. But I'm not opposed to trying out other companies however, unless service goes above and beyond or absolutely services me in some way that either makes me feel valued as a customer and/or provides ssome service or quality that others arent able to easily match, especially when given a risk free trial before committing. The problem with ******* express carwash in ********** is that I found today that the process isn't risk free at all and the company certainly doesn't value me as a customer or customer satisfaction. My dollar is valued only. I signed on through the app originally. Never speaking to a person and no person ever speaking to me, text , in person, email or call **************** was the first time I'd ever spoken to a ******* worker. And that was because I'd been charged early this morning and had already decided the service doesn't seem to suit my needs. I drive rideshare fulltime. I drive all over ******* and surrounding cities. I've found that there is only one ******* locally, so when I have a messy passenger or an animal in the car, or I go through mud, etc, there's no easy way for me to clean up fast using *******. I must drive all the way back out to the one location. Which could be as far as an hour and a half out at that point. Because of how easy it was to sign up for the trial, literally planted posters have been set up all throughout the city with a qr code you can scan and voila , you have services, I definitely did not imagine that it would be complicated to choose to decline on going services. But when I came in today for just that. My services was canceled for this upcoming month but I was told I would receive no refund4it
