My daughter ******* joined Hit Force Cheer in June. We were only there for a short couple of months through July and had to relocate to *******. We made the owners aware of our situation upon enrollment and they were very understanding and accommodating. Our first issues occurred when we still continued to be charged monthly dues. As you can see (doc.1) I was charged for August. I sent message to ask for refund and was shortly refunded but no sooner was charged again for the following month in September. I then sent multiple messages again with no response to ask for a second refund and again requested the recurring charges to stop. As you can see in (doc.2) it took a week to get a response and refund. You can also see in (doc.1) that they only partially refunded for their mistake and left me with with the fees associated to pay. I found this rude and frustrating but did not make a stink about it. We also ordered purchased Practice wear ($164.88) and a backpack ($97). You can see proof of purchase in (doc.1)and(doc.4) and proof of *******'s order for backpack in (doc.4) I am still in all of the ******** groups and saw that the owner **** was selling merchandise. I was never told that *******'s items had arrived or if they were being held for us so I reached out to **** to see if he was selling them and if I could get a refund. He said he would refund for the items as you can see in (doc.3) After weeks of not receiving a refund I reached back out and then he said he needed to sell them first. I thought this was strange since they are continuously adding new athletes to their gym. Why should I have to wait for a refund if they wanted to keep my daughters items for their inventory. I didn't complain since I knew it wouldn't be long for him to sell them. You can see in (doc.5) I believe this is my daughters backpack for sale. You can see the comments on the post and also see the comment that someone purchased the bag. You can also see(doc.5) that my daughters bag must have been purchased because another order for additional bags was placed in October. You can also see in (doc.6) the long list of new backpack orders in November. You can also see there was also many new additional orders being placed for practice wear as well. (doc.6) After waiting months feeling like I'm getting the run around. I finally requested that they please either refund or we will pickup the items that still have gone un-purchased. (doc.7) I have now again sent multiple messages and they are now just ignoring my messages and requests. You can see in (doc.7) that the messages are being confirmed that they have been "seen" and they are just choosing not to respond. I have also sent emails with zero response back (doc.8) I am requesting that they resolve this issue and refund the total amount for my daughters practice wear and backpack ($261.88)
