I was never fully told and explained what I was signing and mislead by the whole service completely,in the beginning I felt the difference when I was going three times a week, along with the other services, then they told me,because of my plan it dropped down to once a week but the the price didnt and only one service included in that for 5 minutes. And if I needed more help I would need to pay extra for the other services. I feel like I got robbed and when I decided to be done completely they said I would have to pay a buy out fee or continue to go till December since that was the agreement even though my job situation changed and I didnt have the insurance anymore and honestly they said my insurance didnt cover anything. I felt 239. Month for 5 min once a week was high honestly and not worth my time anymore, nor was I feeling a difference anymore. I dont feel like it was helping in the beginning and instead of doing anything they just kept trying to charge me more money and add ons that I didnt want to pay. I feel ripped off and no one explained the contract or that it was a contract and that I was obligated for ********************************************************************************** the buy out price either which Im betting it the remainder Im supposed to go. Honestly I dont feel like they held their end of the bargain up and should be more informative to people applying or what theyre getting into,I didnt even know I was applying for credit honestly till I read that sheet they gave me in the beginning over again.

We are very sad and disappointed you feel this way about the treatment plan and payment plan you chose.  In the beginning of your care, we put together a treatment plan based on what we believed you needed to restore your mobility and function.  This plan did not fit in your budget, and you decided to reduce the number of services you received to fit in the monthly budget you decided.  The budget was used to reverse engineer your treatment plan to get as much progress as possible, but still fit in the monthly budget.  We discussed that this was a treatment plan built around a budget and not your physical need, and likely to achieve around a 20% improvement, which is still better than nothing.  The treatment plan is for 12 months, and is more frequent in the beginning to change the muscles and tissues (3x week), like going to a gym.  Frequency is then reduced to maintain the level of progress achieved for the remainder of the year.  The total cost of the year is calculated and then divided by the 12 months to get the monthly payment, which was gone over with you on the sheet you signed.  Because there are more treatments in the beginning, you build a balance.  When frequency is reduced, you still pay the same monthly payment as it is based on the annual cost.  You only pay for what you actually received.  There is no interest, as we provide 0% free of fees or any charges financing.  This was outlined on the form you signed, that you referred to as "that sheet they gave me in the beginning over again."  Since we went over this, and you signed it, we can only conclude that you understood it, as you had no questions.  Looking at your testing, you had a 31% improvement on your testing.  This is great progress.  However, we had to stop there and just try and maintain the progress based on your budget.  You only made 3 of your 12 monthly payments.  Since you decided to discontinue care, you are only responsible for the cost of the services you already received.  This is why you still have a balance, there is NO "buy out".  Your balance is for the services already rendered.
