    After the hail damage on April 4, 2023, our metal roof was damaged. The insurance states that if the damage in cosmetic it is not covered. Since there was a leak, the insurance complany sent out an engineer to evaluate the roof. I called Metal Tech to see if they would come out and repair the leak and rebat the cap. I also explained that the engineer found a couple of places where the materials were not installed properly when the roof was installed 20 years ago; and wanted that repaired also. The person I talked to, knew the situation well. He accused my husband of taking the materials from another site. That is not true we worked with ********, project manager. He and Metal Tech delivered the materials and also installed the roof. He also told me that 2nd grade materials were used. The materials were not second grade; they were cut wrong from another site. He also told me that if I can find the paid invoice and warranty, he would talk to me. I assure you that no receipt or warranty was given. We have been very happy with the roof, however when it comes to me calling and asking Metal Tech to come out to inspect the roof and replace blown out batting....that is where the disappoint comes. No customer service.
