    On Dec 8th 2023, I paid omega studios a second deposit for adding closets and a living room addition. In my contract it says it is a 8 week project. It is now May 1st and it is not done. No drywall no floors my yard is a disaster.

    We signed a contract with Omega Home Studios to replace our garage, re-side our house, and repour our concrete driveway, sidewalk, and front steps. The work was completed in the Fall of 2021. We soon discovered that the top step of the front steps had a low spot in it, and that water was collecting in that low spot, creating a slipping hazard. We contacted Omega and received an email promising to fix the issue. The concrete subcontractor (Aten Cement Contractors) put a skimcoat layer on the top step. That skimcoat chipped off soon after the first frost. Omega and **** then agreed to replace the steps in the Spring of 2022. **** did attempt to fix the problem in the Spring of 2022 by using a new skimcoat material. During the winter of 2023, this skim coat material also chipped off. We contacted **** in January 2023 letting them know that the skimcoat failed again. They agreed to replace the steps, but then, after we sent them a reminder in March 2023, we never heard from them again. We contacted Omega in May 2023 and asked to have them intervene with **** on our behalf. Omega was unable to get a response from ****, but Omega promised that they would find a new concrete contractor to take care of the steps. It is now September 2023 and there has been no action on fixing our steps. I have called, emailed, and visited Omega's office. They keep promising to do something but say that they are very busy. We feel that they need to make our fix a priority because it has been two years since they started the job.
