      ********* has repeatedly requested support and documentation from Xerox/MOS related to our service agreement and a payment discrepancy. Unfortunately, we have not been able to resolve this issue and request BBB assistance with our account issue. This includes a request to return equipment at the end of our lease agreement, take steps to have all equipment under our original account *****************, overpayment due to incorrect account management and billing procedures by Xerox/MOS (or their 3rd party administrator, for account / payment processing. In summary, there should not have been an additional account opened ***************** when steps were processed to 'upgrade' 1 piece of new equipment. This is when things with our account appear to be inaccurately reflected. Our requests have been ignored or not responded for months, and based on our last interaction with them, we have still not received detailed information to reconcile our account. We are asking for your support to have them provide us with billing details to confirm the amount we have overpaid is either refunded accordingly or applied appropriately to any remaining account balance.

      We have a lease with Xerox / Michigan Office Solutions for a copier. We followed the lease and gave them 60 days' notice we would like to end our lease, along with a buyout of the lease. I sent the buyout email to Xerox on May 11th, 2023. When I called Xerox they said they received it and they were first waiting to hear back from the leasing department. When I called back again I was told they are waiting for the "vendor" (MI Office Solutions). I then called Michigan Office Solutions and they said they have not gotten any correspondence from ***** and they would like the letter sent to them. I sent them the letter on 6/1/23 and they said they received it. Both ***** and *** said they would contact me with updates and I have not gotten anything. They will be trying to take our next month's lease payment out on 6/10 but I am going to the Bank to get an ACH stop payment. Both companies are making me go in circles and we just want a buyout of the lease so our new printer company can send them a check and we are done with them.
