    I went to the Good Feet store on *******. in ************, ** on 2/14/24 because I have severe arthritis pain in both my knees and an unknown heel pain in my left foot. I was measured for orthotics, given the orthotics to try in the store only, walking around the store. The 3 step orthotic system was explained, and the orthotics seemed to be fine with my shoes in the store. They don't give a cost until the end of fitting, presentation, etc. Since I had been in so much pain for so long, I was willing to try the system. Over the next few days I used the orthotics as directed, and my knee pain actually got worse as did my left heel pain. I cannot wear these orthotics any longer. Their commercials imply and the salesperson implied ALL foot, knee, etc. pain will be helped long term. That is false advertising. I think the business should give customers at least a week to see if the orthotics will work, especially when they charge well over $1,000. So I would like at least 1/2 or more of my money back since these obviously don't work. I'm retired and on a fixed income, so this was a considerable blow to my budget and very disappointing. My doctor can corroborate my medical history with my arthritis issues.

    Supports did not help at all. This was a scam and a ripoff.

    I reached out via phone as well, but wanted to make sure I sent you an email today too. I received a complaint notification from the BBB today regarding a purchase you made at our ************ Store Location on February 25th of 2023. The complaint states that the product you purchased is not working for you. I would like to learn more about the experience you had with your arch support system and would also like to help you reach a resolution. We do offer lifetime adjustments on our arch supports,and I am curious to know if you have made it back into the store to discuss your issues with the arch supports and/or have received an adjustment/refitting on them. Your relief and satisfaction are our priority, so please reach out to me directly at your earliest convenience and I will ensure you are taken care of. I also would like to assure you that our product and our organization is in no way a scam. Our solution of arch supports provides relief to thousands of clients across the country, and we stand behind our product, however we understand that sometimes the solution does not meet individuals expectations for relief, as every client is unique. Therefore, I would be more than happy to discuss a resolution that best fits your individual needs and results in your 100% satisfaction.
