In may I submitted an evaluation for ADHD. They said I don't have it. I was later diagnosed by a local psychiatrist in September. I brought this up to the company and they were not sympathetic. Upon further investigation, this is a very common occurrence with this company. The evaluation essentially said I don't have it because I have a history of deression and anxiety (both very common with add) and that I'm too old.

I am rejecting this response because:

Their clinician came to the conclusion of the incorrect diagnosis due to the fact that I have comorbid issues and am an adult. I am fully confident that the clinician did not put their full effort into their assessment and that this company is only trying to get peoples money. If I had just accepted their assessment (that was incorrect) then I would still be suffering at this point and wondering what it wrong with me and why can't I just be normal. It is things like this and their refusal to take responsibility for their failure (in me and a variety of others) that leads to people having no faith in the medical system.

    Sincerely,

In September 2022 I paid $150 for an online adhd evaluation. For context, I am NOT seeking any kind of medication for adhd. I'm seeking a diagnosis solely to use disability accommodations at school. I was diagnosed with adhd in the past, but have lost record of that and don't remember who my doctor was that diagnosed me. I'm without insurance so I was trying to find a more affordable option to get re-diagnosed.ADHD Online markets their evaluation as accurate and legitimate. They require payment up front and you don't see what the evaluation is like before you pay. The evaluation itself is worded so poorly. It's clearly not an accurate evaluation. For example, questions ask about symptoms and then ask you outright if you think your symptoms are due to adhd. Legitimate evaluations don't add bias into the process like that.I was diagnosed as not having adhd. This is puzzling since I have actually been diagnosed with adhd, with an actual doctor in a face to face setting. The report written about my diagnosis ignores some of the information I provided (current issues and my own concerns), and focuses heavily on other information that is not relevant now (information from 20+ years ago that isn't consistent with my current experience).I've reached out to the website support and have been told I can't have a refund. No real reason, just that they don't give refunds. I realize taking an online evaluation for this seems naive but I was trying a low cost option since I'm a student and uninsured. I wasn't expecting such a poorly designed test, or a "diagnosis" that contradicts the legitimate one I had in the past.

They lie about where they can prescribe medication to get you to book an appointment. They say they will refund you if you show proof of a previous diagnosis but they then ignored my paperwork.I also do not think they are handling medical records properly since they are outsourcing their customer communications and the person handling my records didnt ask for my name or date while someone else did when I reached out again. It tells me they arent doing this properly on top of the misinformation they give clients to get them.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback in 2022. However, there are many false claims in your message. All of the information in regards to which states we offer medication management in is available on our website before someone signs up for our services. We have never offered a refund if proof of a previous diagnosis is presented, however, our psychologists are happy to take this into consideration when completing their own evaluation. All of our systems are HIPAA compliant and secure, so all of our patients' medical records are safe with us. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out to us.

I am rejecting this response because I was offered one. Your original response said I wasnt and now that i point that out it says its not approved. I dont understand how you can change the goalposts and offer something then not fulfill it. I never got a diagnosis so it doesnt make sense I would be charged for that. They offered a refund and the session ended.

    Sincerely,

I completed the **** assessment on July 21st, 2022. I signed up for the assessment-only plan, as I wanted to see what my options were after taking the assessment. There was a 3-payment plan option available, and considering the amount of the assessment, I did not want to put the total down all at once, so I chose the payment plan.I signed up for, and completed the assessment on July 21st. I was charged 55 dollars that day. I was also charged 55 dollars again on August 22nd. Considering the additional fee that is required monthly even AFTER completing the assessment and the ADDITIONAL paid consultation needed for the medical management, I wanted to remove my account. This was before reading all of the horror stories I have found online, which reassured me I should absolutely NOT move forward with this company. They do not provide a payment breakdown in the account settings at all. There is no way of seeing your account history, or what account you have even signed up for at all.I had one payment invoice sent to my email, but they do not provide any written communication on the agreement you signed up for. I have paid twice. The bank charge for the July payment is on my bank statement with PNC. They are lying about my first invoice occurring in August.I noticed my account settings say that I will get my plan updated on October 21st, 2022, again to 55 dollars. That is beyond the three-payment plan. I also never at any point logged on to extend my plan. I signed up for one assessment of three payments. Why am I already getting a scheduled billing of a fourth? When I called and asked about this, the representative said she "had no clue." And when I asked for a confirmation receipt emailed to me that I would not get charged in October, she also refused. They plan on continuing to charge me for services I did not sign up for. I stated I would file a complaint, and she panicked and offered to transfer me to the supervisor. I agreed, and then no one answered.

ADHD online is a scam and they stole $500 from me. I keep getting $55 withdrawals out of my checking account every month and I have already paid assessment fees, telehealth fees, medication management fees totaling over $500. This happened in a long process from May-August 2022. I have been back and forth with them via ************* but they refuse to help me or explain charges or give me any money back. I came to them for help with my ADHD and they totally took advantage of me. I took assessment and the analysis was incomplete and I did not get a diagnosis. I then agreed to a telehealth consultation and the doctor told me she would not prescribe me anything because I live in the *********** and that I should have known this. After countless emails and phone calls Im now just so angry about the whole process and how I was treated. They never told me because the state I live in I would not have any chance of getting any type of help. No diagnosis, no prescription, nothing, but they took my money and advantage of me. Please help me
