  I wanted to see if my son had ADHD since it is a six month wait for a diagnosis where I live. It was clear they do not read your answers and give a canned response. I was told he had a learning disorder and could not live up to his potential at school due to a disability. If they would have read my answers they would have seen he was designated as gifted and was two years ahead in school. He gets A's but has a learning disorder? What exactly? They will tell you for $200 more.

  It is impossible to get a timely refill on medication. This process usually takes (literally) 5 seconds of a physicians time; however, it can take days to get a refill. Not only that, but you usually have to keep reminding them of it.

  Atrocious "support." If you can even call it that. They do not respond to emails and it takes literal hours to get through on their phone line. If you are having trouble with a prescription, prepare to go without help for days or weeks. There is no way to contact your prescriber if there's an issue. Giant thumbs DOWN!

  All around a bad idea- would be better with virtual or in person visit. I have received an addendum from provider after a lot of back & forth emails to try to obtain addendum or refund because of my assessment. I had a complaint that my assessment came back very confusing. Based on what I completed in the system, the answers did not completely match what I filled out in several sections. I mentioned that this was confusing and maybe on their end it appears differently than mine or interpretation of questions is different. Also that majority of what was past medical history was mentioned as current , which I thought may potentially alter diagnosis. Again, thinking this could have been issue with the way information is transmitted or read. I outlined all the points from the assessment & what I filled out & how it showed up with completed assessment (the discrepancies). The initial response was no refund, read policy, and I was send the link to HIPAA, then that was corrected to refund policy after I said link was incorrect.I feel that no one was listening to what I had to say. I then received an email asking if I still wanted an addendum. I replied back that I did, just figured I wasnt going to get one, so was just going to drop it. I received addendum, and read the comments. I am not angry , however frustrated with amount of time I spent trying to accurately complete assessment and emails. I wanted provider to know there is no disrespect was meant at all, and Im not sure if she read all the emails I sent talking with customer service. When I tried to give constructive feedback- I was not angry, just frustrated, well the compliance email they advertise on website is invalid. The doctor left me a comment "Be careful in your criticism of minor errors in others, when you make errors of your own (as we all do)" So I interpret this as she felt disrespected, and now I should as well. Again, I think their system is not the greatest, very disappointing!!

  Terrible, they make it seem as if you can obtain treatment through them with their $150 assessment, I paid that fee for them to tell me I have adhd which I stated I have already been diagnosed for over 10 years. Then they proceeded to offer for another $200 the opportunity to speak with a doctor to possibly obtain medication. This site is a scam, save your money as I was told once your assessment has been interpreted they are unable to offer refunds despite the fact I stated in the sections available to let them know more information I didnt need to complete an assessment I needed a doctor to write a prescription.

  It wouldnt be so bad if they would actually send your refill to the pharmacy.Literally every time i have tried to get a refill i have had to wait for days after i have run out before a refill is sent.The last two times i have emailed customer service i havent even been replied to and after calling customer service i was told she would email me when she got to it. Dont waste time or money with these people. Find professional help from a trustworthy company.

  Idk if the mobile web browser messed up or something, but they came up with a bunch of answers that I supposedly gave that were completely incorrect. I know I selected the correct answers so I don't understand why much of the assessment was wrong. Therefore my money has been wasted due to the fact that you can't retake it. You can give an addendum, but they decided I had a personality disorder based on these incorrect answers and weren't going to budge. I have since sought help elsewhere and I most certainly have been diagnosed with adhd. So I still owe them $110 for literally nothing

  This company is really a blessing. Awesome customer service. The people who are giving bad reviews are probably pill seeking, and mad it didnt work out.

  I wish I would have read these before I tried to use them. I did my testing and was happy that I finally was vindicated and had them come back saying I do have ADHD. everyone else keeps blowing me off, saying I'm not adhd. After 35 yrs you learn to mask. So since I did not have anywhere else to go, I spent the 300 to meet with a doc. She said she would give me a stimulate before labor day weekend so I didn't have to wait and seen how much I was struggling. I never heard back. Just tool my money and ran.

  I've had constant issues trying to get them to actually send the prescription to the pharmacy. They require you to call and remind them to send it every month at least three days to a week before you run out. Bad enough when you serve all clients who struggle with time management, and add to that the complication of taking four different meds that all run out on different days and you end up constantly having to stay on them just to be able to take your prescribed meds. I've had more than one instance in just a few months of calling in the medication a day or two before it runs out, and it taking so long to be sent to the pharmacy (note nothing has changed it just needs to be sent over) that I run completely out of medication for multiple days and start to experience headaches and nausea from withdrawal on top of my symptoms coming back. When I have called back to let them know that this is happening I don't even get any follow up from anyone to see if I'm okay. I've been trying to switch doctors for months but most of my spare energy has been eaten up following up with them on every medication and coping with frequently being in withdrawal from at least one of 4 meds.
