    Not really sure of the work that was performed. Tech explained vent was on roof and he cleaned it and the line from the outside only. He said that, "it wasn't necessary to perform any work from the inside", that his snake tool was able to remove what lint was that inside the tube from the roof vent! The previous appointment, the dryer was removed from the wall and area cleaned of lint as well as inside the dryer. Otherwise he was very professional and courteous.

    Our technician Cody was great to work with. He gave me a curtesy call and was right on time. Very professional and took care of the issue from the dryer and from the roof. Very clean and organized. from Fort Myers Florida

    My neighbor and I both had an appointment with **** on April 19 and couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, answered questions and got the job done. He showed us the result leaving us with a secure feeling that an excellent job had been done. In addition, he called me 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. That's a class act, especially when you're dealing with a three hour window. I would like to close by telling you that I think the letter idea is an excellent idea. It really woke me up to the fact that this was something that not only needed done but something that I should have addressed long before the letter arrived. Thank you.
