Called to order turntable. Was told my card wouldn't go through. I've ordered from them before with same card. Called my credit card n was told I was charged for the table. Called aidioadvisors back n told them I was charged. He tells me that it didn't on his side. What the hell is that all about. No apologies no help. Rude sales person. I'm disputing it with my USAA card. Second time I've had this happen with a sale from them. When I get this resolved I'm never ordering from them again . Should have called crutchfield. Never had a problem with them . Or music direct. Very upset.

We are an electronics company that experiences fraud regularly because of the products we sell.  Our credit card processor requires an exact match of the credit information provided for the order.  When the sales person entered the credit information a payment hold was placed on the order requiring a manual verification as the *** Street Match Failed. If any portion of the credit information fails it voids our authorization with the credit card processer and if a charge back should be initiated for this order the credit card processer will not support our charge.  A temporary charge or reservation was placed on the credit card but would not be used and will fall off as the order was not processed.  A permanent charge is only processed once we ship the product.  We did accept an order from this customer on 01-02-24 and processed it as a curtesy but we did receive the same information (*** Street Match Failed) when that order was entered.  As fraudulent activity continues to rise we are making the decision to only accept orders that are fully authorized and all information matches. The customer may want to contact the credit card issuer to insure the information on their account is correct.

I bought a Roksan Attessa refurbished turntable from AudioAdvisor in July. I had receieved three confirmations that my turntable would be shipped on different dates. Then I recieved an email that my order was cancelled because it was discontinued. I know a couple of other people who bought the turntable and whose order was not fullfullied. I believe Audio Advisor may have not wanted to honor their price, so they discontinued the item.
