    I was told that the repair wouldn't take too long. After about a month and a week, and after calling them several times, I was told the same thing every other person that filed a complaint was told, "waiting for parts from some third world country". The ** was an ******* television and was told to pay 50. 00 dollars as a security deposit. Every time I called to ask about it, they would always say that parts were coming from a different place. I knew then there was something odd going on. I made my last call today, 4/12/24 and was told that his son was on the road and would"call me about an hour and a half" which is what they always say. I plan to file charges after today because this has to stop. I noticed that on BBB website that the business was closed, so who was it that took my t.v. then?

    I am requesting to file a complaint against H****3530373331**33H Radio & T.V. *************** for failur to honor the policies and procedures as an approved vendor for the **********************************.On June 22, 2023, my t.v. was sent by *** mail to H****3530373331**33H Radio and TV Repair to Kinross Facility Property Officer to: H****3530373331**33H Radio & TV Suite 19 **************************************************************** My tv was shipped to this company along with a check for $25.00 as a deposit fee.On October 16, 2023, I was told after multiple calls to H****3530373331**33H Radio & TV that my tv could not be located and it was possibly discarded because the parts needed were not available. This is not operating procedure for an approved ********************************** vendor.I would like to file a complaint, and also would like an investigation to be opened into H****3530373331**33H Radio & TV *************** I&#**;m also asking that my tv be returned to me, or my tv be replaced with another tv or the cost of the tv be credited to me. Enclosed please find a copy of the ********************************** ordering procedure memorandum, a copy of the *** Shipping receipt, tracking numbers, and ********************************** check receipt with the check and invoice number.     Dropped off an heirloom Grundig model **** radio on 10/26/20 paid $35 deposit and was given a claim # by emlpoyee Kaley.Have inquired about the status of the repair eight times since being left at Blackies. Last was told, by *******, that it was at someones place on ****** Lake (10/24/22). No communications have been received, ever, as has been promised to **** simply want my family heirloom radio back in my possession whether its repaired or not!!
