    I purchased tickets from cityticketsonline.org to a Golden Knights game for 10/5/23 vs Colorado Avalanche. I was charged for the tickets plus fees, and received confirmation e-mails and a link to claim my tickets through AXS. I claimed my tickets and it took me to a page that looks just like AXS tickets but it was not actually AXS (pic attached). When I got to the event, the tickets would not scan. I had to go to the box office and they looked for tickets under my name, e-mail credit card, etc and could not find any record and informed me that Cityticketsonline.org was a not an authorized reseller and that the tickets were likely counterfeit.

    Our records indicate that the client has been assisted with this concern. Tickets were properly provided to the client in accordance with the policies. A courtesy voucher offer was extended to the client, which they accepted as resolution. The voucher was created and provided to the client along with usage instructions on 10/13/2023.

    ordered 2 tickets for ************************* Christmas show on June 25, still have not received them. My credit card has been charged. Their contact info takes you nowhere. Impossible to contact anyone. Thought I was ordering through ticketmaster. This is a bogus site. Tickets were overpriced and service fee was outrageous.

    We have no indications of any issues with this purchase or the client's email address. Tickets were delivered via Ticketmaster.com to the client's email address as provided during checkout on 6/25/2023, approximately 15 minutes after purchase, and they were notified separately by us. We do not have any control over how incoming emails may be filters in the client's account. The client should check any junk / spam or trash / deleted items folders for their invitation email to take the appropriate actions for their tickets. Should they require further assistance, they may contact us directly by one of our communication channels - phone, email or website chat between 10am and 8pm ET daily. We have no records of any contact from the client through any of those channels. We would be happy to address the client's concerns directly.

    I was in the process of purchasing tickets for a concert at ***********' Saengar Theatre through their non-profit (.org) address, which routed me to another non-profit (.org) ticket purchasing site (City Tickets Online), which I foolishly assumed was a legitimate business and relatively safe. There was absolutely no mention of exorbitant ticket fees (or ANY fees) on this site until the total at the bottom of the last page. I no sooner registered this outrageous total (which included $50 each for 3 X $130 tickets) when a pan fell on my keyboard and completed the purchase (I know, it sounds like the pan is related to the dog who ate myhomework). THERE IS NO RECOURSE, NO REFUNDS with this organization and apparently nothing I can do but file a fraud case with my bank, get in touch with various attorneys general (this organization has many unhappy customers online) to investigate their non-profit status. City Tickets only recourse is to forward my tickets to an organization known as Tickets 2 Cash, which I doubt even attempts to appear non-profit in any way. These types of fraudulent business practices have increased in a frightening way since the advent of the internet I'm afraid. Is there anything the BBB can do?

    Cityticketsonline.org is a resale marketplace that has several disclaimers advising tickets are being resold. ****** search results are based off keywords and ad revenue, we are not liable for a client selecting an ad versus a primary market website or the venue itself. We make no attempt to disguise our business model as anything other than a resale ticket website. Multiple disclaimers are also available to the client throughout the purchase process as well as a statement above the Place Order button that reads "We are a resale marketplace, not the ticket seller. Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value. By clicking "Place Order," you are agreeing to Cityticketsonline.org's terms & policies. All sales are final."

    Clients that purchase through our website do have the option to resell tickets that they can no longer use. The resale information was provided to the client on 3/2/2023. The client may use any resell marketplace of their choice should they not wish to utilize the information provided.

    I purchased 2 tickets on November 21, 2022 to the ***** and ***** concert, for May 20th, 2023 out of the ********** in *****,**. In realizing that I never received my tickets, I reached out to the company directly to find out that their policy is that they do not send the tickets until 24 hours before the event. This sounded fishy and unlike any ticket purchase experience that i have encountered. I read the reviews online and through the BBB and found out that this is indeed a scam. I am trapped into the purchase without a refund opportunity. They did send me a link to "Resell" the tickets but I do not want to scam someone else so i will not do that. I paid $720 for these tickets. I also reserved a hotel room and a car rental. If i do not receive the tickets, i will lose out on those other costs equalling over $1,000. This company is not credible and consumers should be warned that it is a scam. I want my full refund for the tickets OR I want the tickets that i purchased in-hand within 2 weeks. Receiving the tickets 24 hours before the event entraps consumers until the last minute while they hold all of the power (our cash, the tickets, and "unfair" contract terms). I have no ability to book with another site due to the cash being tied up and I do not have proof that they will deliver on their part based on the consistent complaints from their consumers.

    There is no error with this purchase on behalf of our website or the seller's office. At the time of purchase, the seller's office noted the delivery delay / expectation of 5/19/2023 with their listing. This information was reviewed and confirmed acceptable by the client when placing the order. We are sorry to hear the client is now upset with this fact but we cannot control that. Additionally, our records indicate the client has contacted in regarding their concerns and been assisted. Neither we nor the seller's office are held responsible for any additional expenses incurred to the client related to the event. As a courtesy, we issued a partial refund of the service fees paid on the order to assist with resolution for the client's concerns but ultimately the order will remain a final sale under the policies agreed to as, again, there is no error. Tickets are guaranteed in time for the event; we cannot guarantee delivery for personal preferences or travel plans and the client will be notified when tickets are available for access.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The website is misleading, and many other customers have claims that their product was never delivered at all. I do not trust this organization to come through and I would not have made the purchase if I would have known that the company operates this way. A partial credit does not resolve my issue which is distrust that I will get my product. If the seller will send me the tickets that I purchased, in January of 2023, I will accept that concession and my dispute will be resolved. If they fail to do that or are unable to do that, I will accept a full refund so I can purchase from a company that will actually send me my tickets, in hand, today. If neither of those concessions can be met, I will reject their response. 

    I paid over $700 for 2 tickets to a concert in May of 2023. The company has my money, but i do not have my tickets. The fact that they hold the tickets until 24 hours prior to the event, places their customers against the wall - in hopes that they are able to deliver. Reviews from many sites prove that they don't always deliver on what the consumer pays for, if they deliver anything at all. A reputable company that cares about their customers would provide resolutions for their customers that meet their needs. This company did not provide me a viable solution. I very small refund to their processing fee did not get me my money back or the tickets that i purchased. They gave me an option to resell tickets through another organization. But why would I sell something that i don't have to another innocent victim? Send me the tickets, and if i am not satisfied then I can resell them - I won't put another person in the position that i am in today. 

    To conclude, send me a full refund or send me my tickets in a reasonable time frame, by January 2023, or I will continue my disputes.
