    I contacted company several times since initial fence installment (3/2022) to have issues repaired/fix things I was dissatisfied with however last repair was not to my satisfaction and all issues were not resolved but employee left without even speaking to me. I called and left a message stating Id like someone to come back to follow up and no one contacted me for 2 weeks. I then texted the owner of the business almost 2 weeks ago and he did not respond. Therefore I need resolution on your end. I am concerned that I invested thousands into a product and business and wont have help if future issues arise. The wood is already bowing and posts are bowed. There are not support beams as recommended in several areas and Cement was poured during freezing temps which Ive found out now is not recommended. Craftsmanship on repaired gate is poor and areas are already chipping in several areas. Several issues along the way of this process from day one: I told them at that time if this is how they do business, I will discontinue my services and they assured me theyd take care of me and so far Ive been severely disappointed with my services and customer service for money spent.
