      Fantastic job giving us a beautiful fence. We worked with Pete in their sales department. We are moving into a new home 4 hours away from our current home. He needed someone to meet with him regarding the fence placement. We are only there during set times and would have to drive a special trip to meet with him. He worked with my husband on the telephone and we didn't have to make a special trip. This service was totally above and beyond. Entirely done via email and phone with MANY opportunities for problems. There were absolutely none! The fence was staked out during a time when my husband was there and the installers installed the fence to those guidelines. He then did not need us to make a special 4 hour trip. This entire process was incredibly easy which was FAR above any of our expectations.

      It was a sincere pleasure doing business with Jeff P and his crew from Straight Line Fence. My 30 year old 6' wooden fence was badly in need of a new gate. The old one was in dilapidated condition and needed to go. I got two estimates for the work required to replace it. Straight Line Fence came through with the best price with a quote that was $100 less then the competitor.... and they offered to replace more then what the competitor was going to replace! Straight Line Fence sent a two-man crew to replace my gate. Seth, and Tom were very kind and courteous, and took the time to answer questions I had regarding the gate hardware. They had to leave for about an hour after setting the two new gate posts in fresh cement, but assured me they would return shortly to complete the job. Upon their return and completion of the job I inspected their work. I was very satisfied with their workmanship, and the sturdiness and quality of the new gate. It was actually far superior to that of the old gate when it was new. The old one never had the black metal frame for added support. There was some dirt on the walkway from the two post holes they had dug and I asked them if they were going to clean it up. They said they would and swept it from the walkway. I praised Seth and Tom for their outstanding work on my new gate, and thanked them. I'm so glad that I decided to go with Straight Line Fence. A big Thank You to Jeff Patterson coordinating his team's schedule with mine so the agreed upon installation date worked out. And thank you for sending out two top notch installers in Seth and Tom. Again, Thank You to the entire crew at Straight Line Fence for taking care of this happy customer.

      I don't know where to begin. Jeff was awesome in our original meeting and review of the layout and was really patient with me as I mauled over the options. Appreciated his honesty and the way he helped me. Dan and Johnny were my installers for the fence and I am not sure they could have been any nicer. Just down to earth dudes who really took their time and making sure everything was done correctly. They answered all my questions and even stayed late a day to make sure everything was good. Couldn't be happier with the result. Not sure there is a better team out there.

      **** and his team at Straight Line Fence took GREAT care of us! We recently purchased a new house but needed a fence installed prior to moving in for our 2 dogs. They communicated wonderfully with us and got everything installed very quickly... even during the holiday season! We then needed a couple little 'tweaks' after they were finished and they promptly stopped by and took care of them. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a fence installed!
