Kevin & Jake came on June 17 and were AMAZING! Workmen never show up on time and they arrived TO THE MINUTE. They were so friendly, professional, and efficient. Unlike anyone else I ever had here, they made sure not to leave a mess behind. That is worth gold! They get 10 out of 10 stars!

My air conditioner wasn't cooling my house so I called this company and they charge $99 to come out and diagnose the issue. The tech showed up and wasn't able to come up with a definitive answer on what was wrong so he called his boss and then told me the a/c unit was too small for my house and that's why it wasn't working properly. They sent out an estimator a few days later who quoted the SAME SIZE UNIT as the one I currently have, and he verified the sizing on the unit was proper for the size of my house. I've requested Pro-Tech refund my service charge since they were unable to identify the problem or have a valid solution for me and they've ignored my request. I would highly recommend using an HVAC company that can actually know what they're doing.Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling, LLC
