***** is a wonderful craftsman. Not only is his work beautiful (and in our case transformative), he also communicates well. ***** makes sure everyone is on the same page from day one. He'll let you know each day what he plans to accomplish, then update that at day's end.The workmanship is outstanding. In our family room, he put up a gorgeous stone wall where there had been tired looking paneling. Then he replaced an equally tired looking bookcase and storage area with updated versions he built from scratch! ***** does it all, from tearing down to rebuilding to finishing to staining to painting to sealing with polyurethane. We added a couple of extra jobs along the way, and ***** adjusted easily. We waited a few decades to redo this room, and ***** was the perfect person for the job.He'll do a great job for you, too.

You are never left feeling you do not know what is happening. They keep you informed about every stage of the project and keep a professional timeline. Really put my mind at ease. We highly recommend Roger from Webster custom interiors & will use him again for future projects. He re-modeled our kitchen, laundry room and hall entry. He laid our new laminate & tile flooring. Roger is honest, hardworking & always on time. A true professional! He gave us an estimate at the beginning of our project that broke down what each part would cost. If that changed he always informed us of the cost change so we were never hit with any surprises at the end!
He uncovered some real problems we had and fixed them correctly.
Example: Our laundry room floor was sagging in a couple spots. After removing the old tile and subfloor he discovered the previous owners had cut through a joist to put in a toilet drain! He then fixed the problem correctly. The other contractors we interviewed had some real creative solutions, but none of them would have actually fixed the problem.
If we could give him a 10 ?? rating on a 5 ?? review we would!Webster Custom Interiors LLC

5 stars***** did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel! Our master bathroom was way outdated and needed a lot of work. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower and linen closet. I thought it might be stressful with picking out tile style/color/shapes and sizes but with ****** knowledge and connections, it went really smoothly. 5 starsWe had Roger finish our basement in the Grandville MI area with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and storage. He did a great job and we love the finished project. He was on time and hardworking as we completed the project on schedule. It was our first time remodeling so he walked us through the process and made suggestions on subcontractors (plumbing, HVAC) along the way that were also great to work with. Would highly recommend using Roger.
