      To summarize, back in May 2024 I contacted my then NuStar (now Acrisure) agent, ***** Senykr on why my policy was cancelled as I received no notice, no mailing, call, etc. I was panicking and sought my agent for correct answers and guidance on what happened and what to do next. That same day I contacted him, I immediately got coverage through progressive since he was not answering phone calls and I did not want to drive without auto coverage for my own safety. He said he would call and get back to me. 15 days later - I hear nothing from ***** but still see the charge on my Fremont portal, so I reached out to him again. He then asks me to send a copy of the new policy and that charges will be waived. Per his request, I send him the proof thinking that I am in good hands with my Acrisure agent. Fast forward to the day before Thanksgiving - I get a call from a debt collector inquiring about the $200 charge and that it is still outstanding. Panicking yet again, I call ***** only for him to tell me he is no longer with Acrisure due to legal reasons (I did not ask what happened - he ranted but still said he would help me. Never heard from him again).This situation has been incredibly frustrating as all this time, I put my trust and confidence in the Acrisure agent and took his word that charges would be waived, like he stated via email - using his NuStar/Acrisure email address. I want to note that I have never in my life received a call from a debt collector - I am someone who pays their bills, has a strong credit score and owns their own home. To add, my home insurance is currently still with NuStar/Acrisure, but it will not be anymore after this ************ early December, ******* ********, a managing partner of Acrisure reached out to me via phone call to talk to me about my issue. He said the agent didn't do anything wrong. I explained that his employee failed to advise and guide me on the situation. I have screenshots of the emails proving this.

      I have been attempting to reach this business regarding a question on my account. I have contacted the business four times over the past month and no one has gotten back to me. I am requesting the business get back to me and answer my question. Thank you.
