      My husband had heart surgery requiring a four wheeled walker with seat upon returning home. Our coordinator at the hospital set up for home delivery since we we're getting discharged before they could deliver it to the hospital. No deliver on return home. Weekend came and Monday still no delivery. Phone calls were made and they acted like they never received order. Then they brought a fold up walker 4 days later. I refused saying that's not the correct walker. Long story short customer service was horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Our PT finally got the results and the walker delivered. Wrong height but I'm done with them.

      No stars, take stars away from them. My infant who is relying on medical equipment since he was born so prematurely and when we had the introduction to Airway we thought we were in good hands. This quickly turned into a nightmare as Airway never got our orders right, always put us on hold and transfered us around to multiple people for our regular monthly order. And when we had equipment not working in the middle of the night it took over 6 hours until someone finally helped us. It has been 9 months of h*** with this company. We even started a cps case to get things fixed. Horrible right? Yup. They got their act together for about 2 weeks. This is the worst company I have every come across and for them to have the supplies that they need to LIVE. I absolutely recommend this place be shut down because none of them care about anyone.

      I am extremely unhappy with “Airway”, (Airway Oxygen/Adapt Heath Company). My first contact with them was July 2022. 1.) The staff at the Cadillac office were friendly enough, however, the company can seam to get things right. From day one, I have been on autopay, yet every month I get emails, phone calls, texts, and letters in the mail with late notices, payment overdue, and even late fees. I have made several phone calls and stopped by their office, they still can’t fix the ongoing overdue payment notices. Pretty annoying! 2.) When they supplied my EPAP machine, they failed to inform me that it was missing the Wi-Fi technology that allowed my physician to monitor my condition. Currently, I have to removed the memory card and drop it off at their Cadillac office. After Airway downloads the info to my doctor, I get to drive back up there to retrieve the memory card. Super convenient! 3.) The headgear and mask they sent me home with didn’t work at all. I tried to call their supplier and they couldn’t help me because Airway didn’t have me on their database. For the past 11 months, I’ve been using my old equipment from my old CPAP machine. It’s being held together with rubber bands and ty-raps. Real comfortable! Before posting my concerns publicly, one week ago I sent a similar letter via Airway’s customer support portal, where they said I would get a response within 48 hours. I’ve heard nothing but crickets ??. For the reasons stated above, I CANNOT RECOMMEND Airway Oxygen a Adapt Heath Company.

      Dont buy a Cpap machine from them because they will make up any excuse not to take it back,even when its defective. They gave my husband and I the run around and thats when we were even able to get thru to them. We will buy our supplies from somewhere else. h
