    I've had three Volvos that I've purchased from Betten Imports over the years and now, as I'm looking for a new car, I will NOT go back. Their customer service is terrible. Once you've purchased a car from them, it's agonizing to go back for service checks. I'm going down the street where they are friendly, the service wait time is reasonable, AND most importantly, they do a follow up after your service is complete to make sure you are completly satisfied. I'm convinced that one reason Betten never asks for feedback is that they don't care. They have a corner on the market (i,e, there are few if any other dealerships in ************ selling ******** and Volvos.)..if there was more competition, I think Betten would care more. Good bye Betten...I won't miss you.

    3 days after purchasing a brand new vehicle from this dealer, the engine blew. My issue isnt that the vehicle failed, the customer service completely failed. Instead of patronizing this dealer again, which is 5 minutes away from my home, I purchased the same vehicle from another dealer an hour away. Instead of helping their customer jump through the necessary hoops with the manufacturer for resolution, they put me off to different people because no one knew how to handle it and was clearly not a priority. It took 99 days for a complete resolution. I will make sure to let others know that this dealership does not care about their customers.
