    Installation was June 2022- currently ongoing We paid $4500 We hired A1 Irrigation to install underground sprinkling throughout our front and backyard. Since day one of the install we have had numerous issues with A1. Zones would stop working (this caused our power seeding to not take) my husband and myself would reach out to ****** the owner. We would get his receptionist who would try and push us through to ****** and our calls would be ignored. We were told by receptionist ****** would be in touch with us within 24hrs which was never true. We would then get an email notification that ****** would be out to our home to take care of the issue. The appointments ****** himself would schedule were countlessly no showed. He would then show up on a different day unannounced and fix the problem since ****** never called us so we could explain what was happening he would fix what he thought was the problem. Instead of fixing anything he shut off an entire zone of sprinklers and told us it was fixed. We have had to hire other companies to complete the work we originally hired A1 to do. Our entire sprinkling system seems to have been installed incompetently. To this day we are still having issues with the sprinkling system not working. There was a 5 year warrenty on all parts but since we are unable to speak to anyone from A1 nothing is getting resolved properly.
