I dropped my wedding ring to be resized and my experience was amazing, not only did I have it back within 24 hours , the staff was amazing! My ring fits beautifully, their jeweler does flawless work!

1 starNever again will I step foot in this business. They showed me a different ring other than the one I had messaged them about. Told him that wasnt the ring. I found the one I wanted to see in another case. Two of the men working told me the ring I went to see had been there more than a year. I had a ring stolen on March 15th and the one I messaged them about looked just like mine and was the size of mine. Left the store and returned about an hour later after discerning something was off.. The ring (my ring) was no longer in the case but in a back room in little brown envelope with tags removed. Was told it was back for cleaning because I had tried it on. However the other 2 rings I tried on were still in the case. They had changed the ring size from **** to **** on the website after I left. I had screenshots and they couldnt explain why it was changed after my first visit. Asked when the ring came in and was told March 28th. After they checked the computer and told me what town it had come from I called my friend in front of them and she admitted she did steal my diamond ring and they said they would work with me.Not.they gave her $800 for my ring and were trying to sell my stolen ring back to her for $3,000. I had always thought Id like to go there someday to sell or purchase jewelry but after this experience.never again. Sheriff recovered my ring. These people will lie to your face. So thankful I went back. If they knew it was stolen they shouldnt sell it. Im sure if I would not have gone back they would have sold the stolen ring. I was upfront with them and even had my appraisal that they were checking out. My ring was shown on the website as $10,000 on sale for $3,000. My ring was not a $10,000 ring. Be careful when dealing with them. Hope to have my ring back after legal process.Review fromKeith W

5 starsI have made several purchases from WMJE. I have found them to be knowledgeable, honest, polite, and professional. I plan to do business with them again. Prices are fair. I highly recommend this business.
