    On Monday, 6/5/23 I was backing out of my driveway and as I got close to the end of the drive, I noticed how close the E Green Services truck/trailer were parked and determined it was over the driveway. However I determined I could get around by driving just over the other curb and proceeded. What I could not see was that the bay door of the trailer was down and completely blocked my driveway. The wires that operated the door were not visible in my mirrors nor did my car's reversing sensors register them (too thin/small). This caused damage to my car. The service team called the owner (*********************) to report but I was unable to wait for him to arrive due to my work. I spoke with him moments after the incident and we agreed to talk later that afternoon to exchange insurance details. That is the last I've heard from him and he refuses to answer his phone (multiple calls/messages) or return the calls to resolve this.I have enforced my stance that our insurance companies can determine fault and we simply need to share the information without incident. He refuses to engage professionally to resolve this issue.
