They have locked my business into an excessively overpriced lease agreement for Clover equipment, charging $315 per month for 60 months for equipment that has a market value of approximately $1000. This predatory pricing is designed to take advantage of small businesses and is completely unjustifiable.Additionally, the company has been unresponsive and unprofessional in addressing my concerns. When I attempted to discuss the issue with a company representative, I was ignored for months. When they finally responded, they provided an excuse, claiming their delay was due to a personal matter rather than addressing the actual issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.Furthermore, in 2024, I was offered a way to exit the lease early by paying $3,192.86 upfront, which would save me a years worth of payments. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to take advantage of this offer at the time. Now, with only a year left in my contract, I have requested to proceed with the early termination offer, only to be met with resistance. They are now refusing to honor the very terms they originally presented, attempting to keep me locked into this unjust contract. This companys practices are fraudulent, deceptive, and predatory, specifically targeting small businesses with unfair lease agreements. I am requesting the immediate termination of my lease without further payment, as was previously offered to me. Additionally, I urge the BBB to investigate their business practices to prevent other small businesses from being exploited in the same manner.

I had a company called synergy payment solutions come to my location and talk to me about payment processing. A month later I get a contract from First American leasing. I do not have a storefront. I do not have a point-of-sale system. I do not need equipment I do not need to run credit card transactions in person. I do not need a Terminal for credit card processing. Yet Im being charged $89 per month for equipment. I do not need nor have ever received. I have made numerous phone calls and gotten no response via phone. No response to emails. Im getting charged for items I have never received nor did I need.
