      Horrible service and horrible clinicians that wont listen to you. I have a cpap from them and was told that every 90 days I would be eligible for new consumables. Found out I was also eligible to receive a big bill as well. Plus they sent the wrong masks that are ridiculously overpriced. I called and spoke to a clinician explaining that the pressure was too high and was giving me severe gas. She told me it was set where it was supposed to be and was not going to change it. I need to find a new provider!

      They took the time to set up the equipment and show me how to use it. There is a lot happening and this is all new to us and it was nice to have some caring delivery personnel who really cared and you felt it.

      If I could give a zero I would. Don't expect anything but very basic service and they don't listen to you when you do try explaining clearly what you need. Medicare pays for this equipment and they actually reuse mattresses and egg crate toppers from other patients and those clients could have had those things for a year or more and you are left with paying out of pocket because they have low quality foam mattresses that compress and don't ever regain the sponginess and if a person is in the bed half the day make sure you go buy a topper because you will spend less and not have the size difference and it will be more comfortable for the person. Also make sure someone is with the individual that needs the bed because they don't put stuff back in place. It's disgusting that those that bring the equipment can't wrap their tiny little brains around this person is disabled and can't get a sheet back on so they should do it because otherwise a person has to lay on plastic until someone comes and helps by making the bed. They have very little consideration of those things. They charge way to much for used equipment and then complain when you need it replaced multiple times a year. Airway Oxygen is not any better they are worse.

Our policy does not allow re-use of egg crate mattresses, and to my knowledge we have discontinued using them completely.       Very unprofessional. Always an excuse to why they didn't fill a prescription. Two months after several excuses.To than find out they can't fill the script. Not by them. But from the doctor's office.

      This store in *******,** .. only wants sales, and then if any problems you can forget it!!!! Plus, no one answers phone. My power wheelchair by GOLDEN , is a disaster. Purchased 8/21/23. It is UNSAFE to operate. They picked it up for assessment. I was told everything would be replaced, motor, batteries, etc., which have to be ordered from GOLDEN. Will take weeks! I want a NEW chair. NO WAY. CARELINC WANTS TO RETURN MY DEFECTIVE CHAIR FOR ME TO USE TILL ALL PARTS ARE RECD. I cant believe this! Theres no way I would use this chair. Red lite comes on, horn starts sounding, barely any power. Are they kidding me??? I could really hurt myself. UNSAFE!!!! Shame on CareLinc.

      I purchased a lift chair from this store and for a month had problems with it which was the time i owned the chair they finally came a looked at it and said the cylinder was bad they came with two new ones and they were bad also. being I had the chair for a little over a month I try to get the to replace it and were on willing at the time . after doing some investigating I found out they sold me a use chair, I called them and after they agreed it was used they did replace the chair with a new one . now the new chair is having the same problem and when I call to talk to the manager their head location they will not return my calls have called 4 times in two week and no contact they are real bad about doing things you ask of them won't do any more business with them after spending more them $2000 with them

      Purchased a Golden lift chair on 7/15/22.Was told by salesman it came with a one year warranty for parts and labor. If it needed work they would pick it up and fix it and bring it back. In March of 2023 found a piece of a plastic bushing under chair called them and was told it would be a $140.00 charge to come and look at it. When I gave them my chairs model number I was told that the Motor, Controller and other parts needed to be replaced also.I was told that in January of 2023 they were not making money on repairs so they changed their policy from free parts and labor to a minimum of $140.00 dollars service call I was never informed about the change until I needed a broken chair fixed. So they changed my warranty without telling me. After spending over $3,000.00 on a chair they change what they promised and want to charge $140.00 sorry they were not making money on repairs but your word should be good and fix it for free like I was told when I purchased it.
