    I was referred to ******* *** at Ageless Beauty for eyebrow microblading.August 2024 I called and made an appointment for 11:00a.m. on Sat., Nov. 23, 2024. I provided my credit card information because there is a $150 deposit. Sat., Nov. 23 I arrived at 10:50a.m. and there was a permanent sign on the window saying to call the number when you arrive. I received voicemail. I knocked for about 15 minutes and nobody ever came to the door! So I went home and left another message. Their voicemail said they wouldn't be back in till Tuesday. They called me back and apologized saying that they never had my appointment on the calendar! I rescheduled for 11:00a.m. Sat., January 11, 2025 - the earliest they could schedule me. January 3, ****** at Ageless Beauty charged $150 deposit. Saturday, January 11 I headed over in bad weather and a dead phone, with a car charger that wasn't working which means no GPS. I arrived at 11:12 a.m. and knocked for a good 5 minutes and nobody answered. I borrowed a woman's phone since mine was dead and called their phone number. Nobody answered and I received their voicemail! So I continued to knock hard till about 11:20 and left. At 12:27p.m., when I was charging my phone, a text message was left saying that unfortunately if I'm 15 minutes late I'm considered a no show and that they cannot refund my $150 deposit.I haven't even seen/met anyone from this company! She said they would be happy to take another $150 deposit and reschedule! At this point I don't even trust these people. Not sure what kind of a company this is! I am unemployed right now and really don't need people taking money with no services. I had this money saved but was contemplating cancelling this second appointment, and I should have. I feel that they have displayed very poor business ethics. I am wondering if you can please help me get my deposit money back. Especially after them not being there for my first appointment. Thank you.
