I was contacted by this ******* with a mortgage company that she got my info off off of Experian, I told her I did not think I qualified for the type of loan that I wanted, and I did not want her to do any kind of hard pull on my husband and I because we want our credit to stay really good and that I knew that she would not be able to make it where I want to have happen work, she reassured me that she was not doing anything to my credit, that she had checked, and I had a 795 between all three bureaus , and that I needed to just not look at my credit every day, but that there would not be a hard pull. She said it wouldn't hurt to check and she promised that there would be no consequence and it would not be on our credit report. however, my husband, ******* and I both had our credit go down 14 points and it said it was a hard para Pull for 24 months. we didn't even know she was putting it into a mortgage company. We multiple houses in ****** and Washington and I am in a lawsuit and a divorce case and I told her at a *** pendants on my property . I talked to her and texted her. At first she purchased it, and like she was my best friend wouldn't leave me alone about my husband and I's information I finally gave it to her. Then when I saw that it was a hard, *********************** asked her about it .She would not respond. I also contacted the dispute department and I have sent now three emails and I've heard nothing from the company that she works for as well, she just went off the face of the Earth after I have confronted this and showed her my credit report and then it's on there for 24 months . i've tried calling including the dispute department and they said I had to do it in writing which I have done three times. I didn't even really want one. I just was thinking of consolidating a small mortgage we have on one of our homes in ****** and lawyer fees . I feel like she's very dishonest. Too bad she decided to not be honest because I might've used her in the future.
