I worked for a dealership before, so when I hear that I'm going to be taken care of, I assume that's the case, because that's ALWAYS what I did for my customers. I work 6 days a week and I don't have time to chase down people for information. My small loan is currently screwed up because of the financial guy not setting it up right, so I have to deal with that myself, and I had to wait a month for my truck bed to get sprayed in after I paid for the vehicle with mostly cash. Berger would love for you to get into a vehicle and then completely forget about you. So if youre fine with that, and driving into the sunset, then go ahead and buy! It was like this entire transaction was done by a group of third graders. I absolutely will not be back, and Ill direct my friends and family elsewhere!

    1. Berger Chevrolet knowingly put me on the hook for over $44,000 & sold me a lemon. A 2024 Blazer EV car that Berger KNEW the BRAND NEW 2024 EV BLAZER WOULD NOT TAKE A BATTERY CHARGE, but risked my life driving over 60 miles with barely ENOUGH BATTERY CHARGE TO MAKE THE TRIP one way. All with NO HEAT just AC BLOWING in 22° Hi to 5° weather 6pm at night. I signed contract on Jan. 2nd 2025 returned BLAZER EV to Berger right after 3rd shift end Jan. 3rd 2025. After freezing MY FINGERS FROZEN 5° trying to get credit card accepted at Meijer EV charge station, after 3 different charger tries & frustrated w/13 miles EV battery energy left I took the car back to Berger to give back Under lemon law. I asked for contract to be null & void under 3 day buyers remorse Lemon law and Berger sales reps. (4 of them) deamened me Saying I knew what I signed up for. Basically just laughed at me and said it's your car you knew What you were getting into & Signed for it & YOU CAME TO US. Well, 5 days later the car stranded me 60 miles away at work w/ rideshare passenger. I had it towed to Berger service department who called 1/14/25. I got EV & END OF BLOCK EV had same ERROR message. 1/20/25 Berger said fixed I got 2 miles down road same HIGH VOLTAGE MESSAGE & I returned BACK the car, which is still in repair. I would like this contract to be null and void! I did not sign up fixer upper REFURBISHED broken BRAND NEW 2024 EV car. To ME Berger used me & was able to get try fix new DEFECTIVE EV car under GM warranty and should be satisfied USEING ME LIKE THAT. This nightmare has put my life & ride share life in danger. Driving in sub 0° weather 60 miles one way back-and-forth to work. EV has 568 miles on it. Berger put me & my coworker's life in danger & that is unacceptable, they KNEW the car wouldn't CHARGE. Now they want me in a REFURNISHED DEFECTIVE brand new with a $44,000 dollar price TAG. The car is still in the shop January 1/29/25. This car should be $10,000 LESS.

Let's talk customer service... I spent almost $40,000 on a vehicle 41 days ago. I noticed that the LED pad on the door would light up randomly, but I had never owned a vehicle that had one and thought it was a normal thing. I haven't ran the car in a few days so I wake up to a dead battery. Like dead dead. No crank, no lights, nothing. I call the dealership that I just handed 2 years worth of wages to, only to be told they won't cover any repairs. None. Won't cover labor and I cover parts... nothing. I got a "Sorry. We can't do anything for you. We take pride in our used cars. It was fully inspected by our commission based mechanics before it left the dealership." Like it's supposed to make me feel better that the mechanic went unpaid for the service they did to my vehicle. This is what your money gets you at Berger Chevrolet . Unpaid mechanics and a service bill before your first payment. ??

I bought used car and in less than 90 days it needed a new transmission. Per the car fax, Berger did transmission work on the car about 1 month before it was traded in. The warranty Berger sold me wouldnt cover the cost of the $2,400 repair and Berger wouldnt work out any kind of deal since the car was so recently purchased and had a known issue prior to purchase. So I went somewhere else and replaced the entire transmission for $300 more than the cost of the 1 part Berger was trying to replace on a car I had just purchased from them. I will never go there again. They also charged me $300 for diagnosing the problem. They dont care about the customer, only the money.

My wife and I drove 60 miles to test drive a new truck. When we arrived we were sent to a sales staff member that didnt have a clue what we were there for. Their email sales staff set up the meeting with out researching weather they had the truck. There is a huge disconnect. Cost us time and the expenses of making this trip. No way I would ever consider buying a product from this dealer. This is WHY people hate going to a dealership.

Took my car to Berger Chevrolet because I purchased an after market warranty thats supposed to cover my engine and transmission, they called me that the piston ring need to replaced which could be about 3-4k I dont know much about vehicles but that sounds like engine/transmission issues to me. the annoying salesman asked me if I wanted to get my vehicle appraised my answer to him was yea i dont mind knowing how much my car is worth but my main focus right now is you guys reaching out to warranty and see if they will cover the expensemy vehicle has literally been sitting there for two days they are not making ANY effort ?in fixing my car because they want me to trade my car in and get into another loan so bad. Stop talking advantage of women when they take their vehicles for service, fix my **** car and stop pressuring me to trade it in. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest.
