    I have bought a ford focus from this dealer and ended up being a junk. Transmission and engine problems. Huge rip off!!

    Hello ****. My name is Ryan - Customer Service Manager with Tony Betten Ford. We are disheartened to see your review but completely understand your feelings towards Ford Motor Company. The Ford Focus had a long history of problems throughout the years of 2012 to 2014. Ford understands this and issued several recalls for these problems. In pulling your records I show you purchased this vehicle in 2017 but you are just letting us know 6 years later? Your service records indicate you have only been in our service department for oil changes so you must have had transmission work done at a different shop? You may be eligible for reimbursement so if you bring in your receipts we can submit a case to Ford Motor Company and try and get your money back.
