    Contacted Sullivans after we purchased new carpet for living room and bedroom because of vacuum filling up with carpet fibers each vacuum. They supposedly tested carpet saying its fine. Now 2 1/2 years later, I have carpet fibers sticking up all over and can pull them out by hand. Sullivans refuses to stand behind their carpet. After spending thousands dollars we need new carpet only 2 1/2 years later.
