1 starVery Slow, unorganized, and didn't provide oversight to sub-contracted project. It took 45 days to get my project scheduled. The sales person said it would take 2-3 weeks to complete project. We started the process in September of 2023 and they started in February of 2024. The crew they subcontracted with nailed the siding on from the outside. Completely damaged a 25 year siding warranty. They said there was nothing wrong with it in April of 2024. We had another siding person look at it and they encouraged us to have them fix it. They said they would fix after the holidays. It's way passed Jan 1 2025 and no call

Were sorry to see your negative review. We have reviewed your file, and unfortunately when your project was completed back in 2023, manufacturers were experiencing delays in producing and delivering materials. At that time, the delays were not necessarily known until orders were placed. In your case, materials were 6 weeks delayed from the manufacturer. We understand your frustration. Thankfully supply chain delays have significantly lessened over the past year. We install according to manufacturer specifications. If there are any issues after installation, we always stand by our work and ensure our customers are satisfied. Our records indicate that we sent a repair technician to address all of your issues, a year after the initial installation. If you have any issues in the future, we will continue to stand by our work.Review fromScott C

5 starsAfter a storm came through my Lansing neighborhood in April of 2024, **** of Irish Roofing dropped by and introduced himself. He could see wind damage from the road but wanted to inspect further. *** was one of 7 contractors that dropped by over the course of two days, but I was impressed with ****s professionalism and knowledge. Having re-roofed many roofs back in my college days, I advised that I was seeking to do the roof myself with the help of my 17-year old son, so I could teach him how to do it. Little did I know, as a homeowner, how difficult it was to get *****to pay for storm and hail damage. The **** adjuster that came out said he was trying to work to get me a new roof, but in the end, that was not true, and *** only offered me $500 (after deductible) to repair my roof. Allstate was obviously trying to shirk their responsibility and force me to give up. Instead, I called Brad and entered under contract with Irish to fight my battle with *****. I advised that if they couldn't get anywhere with Allstate, that I would just buy materials and install the roof myself with my son. **** said that if they couldn't get anywhere, he would rip up the contract, as I wished. A few days later, **** showed up with ****. ****s title is VP of Storm Restoration, and Paul absolutely knew how to call ***** bluff. **** did an extensive evaluation of my roof and submitted a forensic report on roof repair, referencing a Repairability article published in December of 2020, by the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. Low and behold, ****** responded that they would provide me with an entire roof replacement, to the tune of about $11,000. Many thanks to ***, *** and their roofing subcontractor Orlando, with Lando **** I highly recommend **** and **** to work with your insurance company to negotiate a fair insurance settlement on your behalf. I also highly recommend Orlando to install your new roof.Irish Roofing & Exteriors

5 starsWe had Irish Roofing install a new roof on 8/7/2024. They arrived at 7am and started the project. Put down protective material on all windows, doors, deck and live plants and trees. We had zero damage. This was a Latino crew with very limited english but this was never a problem. They never stopped working except for lunch break under our shade trees. Roof looks great and the times I watched them looked very professional,.Clean up was very good, blowing out all the gutters of debris, sweeping all areas for nails, old roofing and blowing of the driveway. We have a large roof 44 sq. and this job was completed in 1 day, we were amazed and expected at least 2 days. As far as any roofing flaws only time will tell but as the professional workers did their job I'm sure this will not be a problem and Irish will take care of the problem in the same manner as they did this job.Irish Roofing & Exteriors

2 starshis company does Not work in conjunction with your insurance company to stay in the boundary's of the insurance claim, and their estimate will come in MUCH higher than your insurance company will cover!! even after stating that their software estimating program aligns with the insurance company's standards. Irish Roofing and exteriors is a "storm chasing" company. In my insurance claim Irish's bill came in $10.000 plus higher than insurance adjusters final say. Warning!! be advised of High end labor and material mark ups. (Such as; claiming that there was three layers of shingles to strip when in reality it was a very small portion of the roof with three layers.) All labor came from Texas and spoke ZERO English!!Irish Roofing & Exteriors

Mr. *****, we’ve reviewed your file and are surprised to see your review. Given that Irish was able to turn your partially covered roof and full roof replacement covered by your insurance, your review seems suspicious. Regardless, Irish replaced your roof and submitted a supplement for exactly as much of the roof contained 2 and 3 layers. That supplement was approved and paid to you by your insurance company. In addition, your policy didn’t contain code coverage, and Irish upgraded your roofing system to include ice and water shield (which you previously didn’t have) at no cost. We’re not sure where the confusion is, but the amount Irish invoiced you and the amount paid to you by your insurance company are the same amount. We’ll be expecting your payment for the roof and gutters you received. I’m not sure what you mean about labor from Texas and their english, but the crew who replaced your roof has been roofing for Irish in Michigan for at least the past 3 years.
