    I don't think anybody's going to see this but it's just my first of many. I've been looking at ads for these events for a long time and decided to take the plunge and buy a ticket to one of them. Unfortunately I had a very traumatic unexpected crisis in my personal life and I reached out to the creator of these events for a refund and it led to a very confusing conversation about her just refusing to refund me in this instance and telling me that my stolen money was going to go towards charity so it was going to be okay. Not to go into too much detail but the level of crisis that I am in currently did not need to have this level of stress added to it. Having a zero refund policy on an instant digital purchase is not only unethical but should be illegal and I believe it is for larger companies. I've already started the process of trying to get my money back from this single human being who refuses to see reason. I don't know how people enjoy these events but I know I will never be attending one after this experience. This could have been so easy and I was really brokenhearted I could not attend but she has not only lost a customer for life but I can't recommend dealing with this company for anyone else who might be interested in her events. This is unbelievable.
