      Awful! Ryan from Boise busted my chops about coming on to the presentation a day early. When I asked him to call the next day between 4 and 7 pm , he said he would but it didn't happen. A text came at around 8:30 eventually followed by a call in which he once again berated me for going onto presentation 1 day early. Additionally addressed me by my first name, not Mr. or Dr. This demonstrated to me that they are just as bad as the timeshares sales people who do the exact same thing. I simply wanted to know what they could do for me (I really have no need to get out of my timeshare as one company doesn't charge maintenance unless I book and we use the other every year). I just wanted to see if they offered viable options to get rid of, but didn't get that far. Glad I spent no money!

      If your time share isn’t working for you use this group to exit! They were very accurate in describing the process of getting out of an ownership that only had negative impacts without any positives.

      Newton Group came through big time for us. We had a timeshare and I thought there was no way out. The fees had gone from $300 to nearly $1000 a year and we were desperately looking for help but were also very leery of being scammed. The reviews I read seemed legitimate and we decided the upfront cost was worth it if everything worked out in the end. AND IT DID! It took a little while but we’d been in the same situation for just shy of 30 years and I couldn’t get anywhere with my timeshare company, but Newton Group changed all that. We’re so happy.

      7 hours ago I also signed up with the Newton Group whom hired DC Capital Law to Handle my time share exit. This was done in 2018 November paying them $4000.00 with a contract stating they would get me out of my timeshare with a 100% guarantee of any future financial responsibility. Through out he past few years Al Ive gotten was a phone call that they are still working on it but the timeshare is not buying them back at this time also I was aske couple times if I was willing to pay a few hundred more if need to exit which I refused because of the contract stating there is a 100% no future responsibility.this has gone on since 2018 November till January of 2024.. In February 2024 I received a phone call from ************** that there contract with Newton group had run out and they no longer will be representing me in this matter and they will send paperwork to sign. After a few months Ive gotten no paperwork and I call twice talk to secretary having her to send me my file for future reference as of this day a September 20th 2024 I have received nothing. I call Newtons group to inform them of my situation there response was I have nothing to worry about that sometimes this is the way it works and time share will see I have no representation and will contact me to exit timeshare. This I believe is bull and all they did was take my money. These two firms are not to be trusted. read less Date of experience: September 20, 2024

      If you want out from under your time share, consider Newton Group. Our experience with the Newton Group has been excellent. They did what they promised in the time they said it would take. Pricing was reasonable, service was very great.

      Being fooled, misled and pressured by our Timeshare company years ago, I didn’t want to get tricked into the timeshare exit process also. The Newton Group had good reviews and after speaking with Holly, she assured me she could get us out of the timeshare. There is a fee upfront and the process took longer than anticipated (9-10 months) but now I’m timeshare free.

      They told me it would take time, kept me informed when there was an update, patience is required to complete transactions in another country---but it was done and I am now timeshare free--very pleased!
