  This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The necessary steps were clearly explained and the staff answered all the questions I had regarding what would happen in exiting the time share, That included how long it would take and the legal requirements to exit the contract. Holly and the other staff responded promptly to my emails and phone calls concerning various documents and kept me informed as to the activity and timeline on the exit process.

  I was somewhat disbelieving that a timeshare exit would be a smooth process. I was wrong about that. The staff of the Newton Group was professional and upfront in every way. They set out the process and what we could expect, what our options were and what their role would be. They followed through on what they said they would do. I recommend them to anyone wanting to exit a timeshare.

  Newton Group was easy to work with. The entire process was explained in detail at the start. Everyone on the team we worked with was very professional and courteous. A schedule of activities was set at the start of the process and was followed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

  The Newton Group has been an incredible ally. As their literature states, it is almost impossible to get out of being a timeshare owner. And the longer your ownership continues, the higher the maintenance fees are. Until there is some regulation of this industry, I am grateful to have someone like the Newton Group to assist. They keep their word, and get results. I recommend them to anyone who is trying to get out of the timeshare ownership racket.****************

  I would like to give a shout out to the Newton group and their staff (Holly) who assisted me with my timeshare exit. I approached them with some apprehension since I was scammed by other companies promising to sell timeshare and failed but in the process collected more money from me. However, Newton was upfront about my choices and how the exit process would play out. They didn't over promise and set realistic expectations around timeline. Their customer service is excellent and it was great to have a named contact to work with from start to finish. Holly was prompt in responding to email or phone calls and answering all my questions around latest status. Newton definitely lives up to its positive reviews and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to exit their timeshare.

  The process took a little longer than I would have liked, but probably was as expedient as possible considering everything involved in the process. The Newton Group personnel from start to finish were great with good communication updates. Another positive was, "no high pressure".I would highly recommend Newton Group getting out from under your timeshare.

  We had our timeshare for over 25 years and tried to get rid of it over the last 10 years without any luck. We approached the Newton Group and found a completely different experience. The Newton Group provided us with outstanding service. Everyone was professional, truthful, and answered all our questions. Upfront, they explained the timeshare transfer process, identified timelines, and provided exact costs. Throughout the process we were provided updates when we checked in or they reached out to us. All Newton Group agents were professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. The transfer was completed within the timeframe specified and at the initial cost provided. We could not be happier with the results. If you are looking to exit from your timeshare, the Newton Group is the company you want to use.
