    Unfortunately my employer sent me an item from Baudville, so now Baudville mails me catalogs. About a couple of months ago I received confirmation from one of their **** via chat that he processed my request and I would be removed from all contact lists. However, Baudville continues to send me catalogs, hence I've had to repeatedly request they stop via their Contact Us form. I would like Baudville to remove me from all contact lists and never add me again. The most recent Priority Code is 'C4-9445-4781' vol. 1331, received week ending 8/17/24. Would you please assist in getting Baudville to cease sending anything to my address?

    Our records show that you requested removal from our mailing list on July 9, 2024, and we promptly processed this request. At the time of your request, our customer service representative informed you that, due to the nature of our marketing process, it typically takes up to 10 weeks for all mailings to cease. This is because our mailings are preprinted and scheduled in advance. We have reconfirmed that your removal from our mailing list was effective as of July 9, 2024. The catalog you received on August 17, 2024, was likely part of the preprinted mailings that were already in the pipeline before your removal request was fully processed.

    We understand how frustrating this situation must be and we are committed to improving our processes to prevent such issues in the future.
