      Breech of contract for services and product for wedding on 7/16/22. ***************************** failed to provide the contracted service of delivery and set up of a dessert display, also failed to delivery and supply the complete number of bakery products ordered. I am requesting a refund of the items and service that was not provided, but paid for. I have attached email correspondence and photos that were from ********************** to provide proof that he admitted to not providing all the contracted items. He admits he does the delivery and displays himself, but this time he sent a new inexperienced employee. He was out of town, but will provide better training to this employee. He placed blame on the event coordinator at the venue for the incomplete display. They "told her three times what to do for the desserts". I did not contract with the venue to provide or display desserts. He admits he did not provide enough rentals to complete the display. He admits there were missing bakery goods also in his emails. Only 168 of my 384 items. His photo clearly shows not all desserts were delivered. His photos also shows want the display should have looked like vs. what our end result was (caterer had to place items on table with their platters). Half of my guests did not get cake, approximately 100 guests. I ordered enough cakes for 200 guests based on his recommendation. Two large sheet cakes could not be found. He initially was willing to refund for the missing contracted items, but then changes his mind and states "my guests had enough desserts and a refund was no longer going to be given". He refunded only $150 as "his peace offering". There were $561.50 missing services and baked goods, so $411.50 would be remaining balance to make this situation corrected. I am only asking to be refunded for the missing contract items. His response to my complaint was completely fabricated and defamatory, his own emails will provide proof to that. This is a breech of contract period of $411.50

      Once again we delivered (as we always do) everything that she ordered. My fault on commenting to her while on the road without looking into the situation with my very reliable and experienced team. 

      Please stop with this harassment and badgering, this all 100% false and made up (just ask the staff at the venue she used) - she is absolutely delusional. We have a stellar reputation not only in all of West MI but the entire state...ENOUGH

      I am rejecting this response because: Mr. ********** is not being truthful and did not deliver or provide the contracted services and products and he clearly admits that he didnt in the email and photos provided by himself. I am not and have not placed blame on event location or coordinator  vendor, that is not true. I would like a refund of the items and service he failed to provide in our contract.
