    I had an absolutely horrible experience with ****** and Fireside RV. I trusted them to take care of my trailer, but **** completely betrayed that trust. After getting fines from the Miami Toll Enforcement, I discovered that ****had taken it on a private trip to Miami — an unauthorized trip of over 1,600 miles (800 each way) — without my knowledge or consent. When I confronted him, he said nothing but then tried to pass it off as a rental. Ha. My trailer is in complete shambles. He completely neglected the trailer, lied about its condition, and refused to help with repairs. Worse still, when I finally got my trailer back, it was filthy. The floors were dirty, the surfaces grimy, and the toilet was completely full of refuse. It was clear my trailer had been abused and neglected. Fireside RV offered help, no compensation, and no solution for this unacceptable situation. I cannot emphasize enough: stay far away from Fireside RV and Jason Rhodes. The lack of integrity, respect, and professionalism here is staggering. Your property deserves better treatment.
